We are committed to protecting the environment and continually working towards a greener approach. As a company we are looking to reduce the amount of waste produced and increase recycling initiatives as a whole.

• We use recycled paper...and then recycle it!
• We have recycling skips for food waste, cardboard, bottles and glass.
• We reduce our power consumption by using LED lighting wherever possible.
• We use seasonal produce, organic food and drink, sustainable fish and fair trade products whenever possible and appropriate.
