• All glass, cardboard and plastic is sent for recycling
• All our takeaway packaging is guaranteed biodegradable and compostable and the paper and board is made from recycled paper
• Our takeaway cutlery is made from potato starch and is biodegradable
• Even our loo roll and hand towels are made from recycled paper!!
• Our chefs devise the menus using carefully sourced seasonal products whenever possible and, where appropriate, organic food and drink, sustainably sourced fish and fairtrade products will be used
• All tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar are fairtrade products
• All milk is organic
